1:30-3:30

These two hours of the day seem like 2 days, which may never end. When one has had a filling lunch (most of times having had over-eaten) at one in the noon, the next best thing that comes to mind is to is sleep. Why is it so? Our bodies fall to this lethargic, dull machines with has a bloated waist and a heavy movement. This time of the day, it feels like doing absolutely nothing wishing for it to turn 3:30 on the clock.

The De-Man-isation

I began reading articles about how the last century has forced the Alpha-Males to turn into Beta-Males. It discussed about the shift from manual jobs to the so called white-collar jobs and the blue-collar jobs being looked down upon. Much of the physical exercise, men in the 20th century got from their work, which now is being replaced by machines. The type of food we eat today has severely affected our lifestyle i.e. the shift from fats to carbs.
